Name: Daiki Ichiro 大気 一郎

Nationality: Half Japanese/Half American

Superhero Alias: Storm Hopper.

Gender: Male.

Age: 25 years old.

Agency (if any): Vigilante Hero.

Appearance: A young, rather tall yet lanky man with a pale complexion and long, wild brown hair that reaches his back, in front his bangs are much shorter and combed away from his face. He thin eyebrows, squared chin, pointed nose and has peculiarly red eyes, on one side above the eye he has a large, broad very visible scar that points downwards.

In his civil attire he is mostly seen wearing a tan ribbed sweater with a brownish black trench-coat over it with high collar. He always wears a long green muffler, a present from his late mother, brown or black pants and leather shoes.

As his superhero/Vigilante Alter-ego Storm Hopper he wears a highly advanced mechanical bodysuit modeled after a grasshopper with prominently blue armor plates with mixes of silver and grey on top of a black bodysuit. The helmet has a blue facemask with pinkish/magenta lenses and two antennas, a red collar around the neck contrasts the colors and acts as both a neck-guard and a regulator/exhaust for the suits internal energies, flowing out as a scarf behind him.

Personality.

As his civilian identity he is known as a brilliant engineer and inventor much like his late father, friendly kind and mild-mannered he uses his talent to create mechanical wonders. He don´t really like conflict and adamantly proclaims to create things that better and enrich humanity and not to create things that can hurt or kill.

Unlike his father who had a deep distrust and a bit of destain for superpowered individuals Ichiro don´t really have a problem with them, however what he does have a problem with is those who misuse their powers to hurt and exploit other, to steal and cause chaos. Allthough he outwardly acts rather meek, almost cowardly and un-confrontational has a very strong sense of justice deep down.

As Storm Hopper he adopts a much more confident, strong, brazen and righteous personality, calling himself a protector of the weak and an ally of justice, a hammer that will crush evil. Knows that he has grown a bit of a reputation and tries to avoid getting caught by law enforcement even if they are only doing their job. Background: Ichiro was born as the only son of a brilliant engineer and inventor, his father had married an american singer who he had fallen in love with when visiting the states for work, while happy and full of love, his mind thinking up thousands of idees, blueprints and designs after his wife died after being mugged at night he became more reclusive, cold and distant. For a time he left young Ichiro who was only a small child at the time to his nanny while he himself toiled in his workshop, when they did catch a glimt of his father he looked nothing like the pictures and portraits in their home, hollow sunken eyed, face wrinkled and with shaggy hair and beard. However one day, on the day of his 10th birthday in fact his father had stood before him wishing him happy birthday and telling him that he had something to show him in his workshop. While a little scared but also curious he accepted and followed obediently, there under a brightly illuminated light, on a mannequin a mechanical belt was strapped. Confused Ichiro pointed at the belt as his father nodded. "13 years, 13 years since your mothers death have i been working on this, my greatest invention! watch" with a flick of a switch the belt hummed and all of a suddent a mechanical suit formed neatly around the mannequinn, wide eyed Ichiro gasped and stared in amazement and shock as he coulden´t belive it. "Its so cool! its like a superhero!" he exlaimed. His father had chuckled slightly, suddently ruffling his sons hair. He then explained that he would pass it on to Ichiro one day, that he would promise him that he would use it to prevent things like what happened to his mother happening to others, to fight injustice and protect others, and that Ichiro swore with all his heart and determination. Powers: None as he was born without special powers.

Abilities.

Expert Engineer: A trait he inherited from his father with a great love and fascination with technology, after his fathers passing he has maintained and even somewhat modified the hopper suit to better suit him (no pun intended) he also tries to create gadgets to help him in his superhero work.

Great Intellect: With a very high IQ he can figure out difficult calculations and strategies in the middle of combat

Superhuman Strength: The suit enchants the users strength giving it the power to lift 2-3 tons. it also greatly increase kicking strength mimicking that of a grasshopper.

Superhuman Speed: The suit enchants the users speed and is one of its main features, using the energy "scarf" as a jet to propel them at high speed making the user a blue and red blur to opponents reaching speeds comparable of a high prestanda race-car within seconds.

Superhuman Endurance: Made of experimental and secret alloys, shock absorbers and dampening shielding with lots of internal systems and to regulate body temperature, heart rate and more the user can endure quite a bit of damage and figh for a long time.

Energy Enchantments: Using the excess energy flowing from the suit he can enchant his punches and kicks, coating them in a red aura.

Gadgets and Gear. Transformation belt "Storm Typhoon": The most crucial gear of Ichiro that lets him don his mechanical suit, it was created by his father and has a miniature reactor built in, by putting it on and activating the transformation sequence multiple disks around the belt releases and jolts outward, changing shape into the armour parts and helmet while a skin tight undersuit of specially made memory fiber and wiring coats the user before linking the armor parts over the suit.

Finishing/Special Moves. Storm Spark ストーム スパーク (Sutoomu Supaaku"): Overcharging the energy "scarf" and using it as a jet to propel himself at high speed to add more oompfh to his strikes as well as to dodge and avoid enemy attacks, however doing this puts a lot of strain on the suits system meaning he can only use it in short bursts and overexceeding the suits limits will short-cuircuit the suit dispelling the transformation as a safety precaution.

Storm Cutter ストーム カッター ("Sutoomu Kattaa") Focusing the fluttering energy in his "scarf" he extends it outwards and shaping the edges into cutting blade, by twisting his body and spinning around he can cut apart obstacles and enemies alike.

Hopper Kick ホッパー キック ("Hoppaa kikku"): Storm Hoppers signature attack. After jumping and cloaking himself in the the energy of his "scarf" particually focusing it around his leg, he peforms a flying, downwards kick to an opponent. On impact the energy around the leg turns into a shockwave that is sent rippling directly through the opponent, it is mostly used for heavily armored and extremely tough opponents.
