Personality: Most know him as Plague Doctor, is he known for being an devious and cruel man, a mastermind of the most wicked ways. They find it amusing to see people suffer and struggle to survive, before he crush them under a boot. He despise heroes more than anything, seeing them as nothing else than the tools to surpress humanities true will and growth. While many consider him a madman, does he call himself a genius and liberator. Many that have fought Plague Doctor fear him, not for his powers, but mostly for his insane dedication to madness, and his fearsome ability to see things through. He famously danced through people dying, something caught on camera and became a meme in a way, especially among villains, to do the 'Doctors Walk'. As Sir Alfred Beltram, is he a simple man, a good doctor in a small hospital in Maverick City. You could say it's just an mask, but more to be true, it's really him just holding all his gruesome emotions in check. Here, he is a nice elderly man that most likes as he care for them, but under the nice smile is the most wicked of men.

Appearance: While no one knows Plague Doctors real appearance, is Beltram more known. He is of average height, with well kept brown hair with streaks of gray in it. His nose, one broken and somewhat crooked, hold glasses in front of green eyes. Most of the time does Alfred smile and give of a calming aura, combined with his knowledge makes him popular with his patients. He seem to be fit, having not much in the ways of body fat, though it's more that he is lean rather than strong.

Villain-Outfit: With his outfit, is he Plague Doctor. They wear a black cloak with a white skull on, fluttering dramatically behind him, while he wear black leather and fabric over his body, in fact all clothes he wear is black. He wears a top-hat as well a classic plague doctor mask with some white marks around the glasses hiding his eyes, as well wear a cane with a skull knob in silver. On him will you often see vails and equipment.

Background: As a young lad did Beltram's family move to Maverick City from Liverpool, and his family where all doctors. It had been a long tradition that Beltram's would be doctors, though the name was tarnished when his parents did some malpractice and a few patients died in England. It caused an outrage and they didn't get prison-time, did they pay a settlement, something that devistated the family that moved to the US poor. It might been one of many things that triggered Alfred's desire to hurt the government, as he gained a distrust to anything law-enforcement and government. It escalated in his teens, as he would join rallies to oppose the brutality from police, and he found himself charged for assaulting law enforcement. It didn't help that the hero Masterplan, that Alfred always looked up to for being anti-establishment, was later showned to support the police and their ways. Many of these instances tilted Alfred more and more, and at the age of 25, did he start his career. As an destroyer and liberator. Because he saw nothing but to burn it all down and rebuild it, and this time make it right. While Alfred studied and became a doctor, did his alter ego, Plague Doctor, slowly make a name for himself. First was it by punishing bad cops by making them sick. Striking politicans with diseases, hurting them. Then, murder. Because they didn't seem to understand their place, that only death seemed to make them understand. Over his 20 years, have he been causing a number of deaths, mostly through diseases and sickness that slowly crept on to people before killing them. It was 5 years ago, that he became famous as he walked with a dance through CIA headquarters, while agents died left and right. In total died 300 people, while a few survived duo the horrible diseases, but all was caught on camera. Especially as Plague Doctor, with a whiteboard would write his name, his cause, and a name that would be synominus with him; Irongrave. In an instant had he created an organisation, a flag, and became a symbol, an horrid image of sickness and death. After that did Plague Doctor vanish for a while, just to appear here and there, mostly through encrypted videos, spreading his message, and death. The death of the Vice President is said to be contributed to him, and there is always an high alert when the Plague Doctor is making a move.

Powers

Pestilence: Probably one of the sickest (pun intended) abilities you could ever be born with. While it's not an offensive powerhouse of an ability, does it allow Plague Doctor to spread all sorts of diseases around him. Invisible for everyone, does he see it like a red mist, so he know where his diseases are going. To be able to create and manipulate diseases, does he need to be affected by it at least once, though unlike others he won't get sick from it as his body naturally creates anti-biotics against any disease. He wont be able to hurt you in a sudden explosive punch, but you will soon feel sick. Then maybe you get black spots on your skin, or maybe big balls of pus grow out of your groin, there are thousands upon thousands of horrible disease out there, from today and past, that he have the power to use.

Immunity, disease & poisons - He is immune to all form of disease, toxins and poisons, while also producing anti-biotics for the diseases he absorbs. In fact he can heal himself with diseases that kills others.

Plagueformer - By collecting the sickness of people around him, does he gather all disease and sickness into a smelly red goo in his hand. The size and strenght changes depending on how many people affected, and will also cure them. This orb can then be used for many things; from throwing like a big bomb that will... spread even more diseases, or turn it to a blade, or a shield etc, as it have physical properties. Getting in contact with this might get you sick, especially if cut by it, and will give you a random disease.

Abilities & Skills

Doctor - They have PhD in multiple fields in medicine, specilizing in disease and infections. As a normal doctor, does he use his vast knowledge to help people, while as Plague Doctor, using to harm them. Proven Swordmaster - Inside the cane is a thin blade, super sharp and made out of rare vibrium that can cut through hard materials with ease. He have mastered it as he rarely have any other abilities to defend himself other than slow affecting diseases. Enhanced Agility - Surprisingly fast and agile, though not compared to many powerful heroes, but definitely better than humans. He have an almost goofy style, unpredictable and chaotic. Enhanced Intellect - A genius and madman, with immense knowledge and ability to think a head of time. Though he isn't one to make 5 steps a head of his opponent, is he more of an 'I think on the spot and make it chaotic as possible lmao' kind of guy. Master Alchemist - While not spreading diseases nilly-willy, does he craft all sorts of brews; from explosives toxins to disease spreading grenades, many horrid things is created and he use these as tools to fight the top.

Irongrave An organisation, formed by Plague Doctor 5 years ago. Their symbol is an upside down iron cross with a grinnin skull in it's center. So far it is unknown how many members there is, but they seem to have the same goal, to destroy and spread chaos. Members - Plague Doctor Extra Facts - Wanted for 400 murders, and probably more. Accused for the murder of heroes Bigwig, Blue Force, Voidknight and Dino Guy. - Have one of the highest bounties in the world ,duo his targets and way of killing. - Even with his ability have he never hurt a child, nor civilians, as his targets have always been the establishment and heroes. Duo his sense of moral have killed villains as well. - Because of his attack on the government and never targeting civilians, is he seen in a way as a hero by some, but by law is he criminal.
