Luminari council the beings ruling over the crystalline realms almost never leave their realms unless something world altering is happening that would threaten them to. There have however been instances where they saved someone whom have a contract with the Luminari, persons saved like this normally accomplished great deeds in the future that changes things in the world in some way.
Kekkai Genkai: Sharingan, Regular sharingan (up to 3 tomoe)Due to possessing 2 diffrent bloodlines Renjiro's sharingan takes on a rather unique appearance hence he dont even know himself its a secondary bloodline the sclera of the eye manifests as a crystalline texture and sheen whos color seem to shift becoming more reddish when using fire blue with water yellow with lightning and brown with earth all with a crystalline sheen. the pupil does to the same but always have a red sheen to it (this represents how the original sharingan looks). Instead of the three typical tomoes regular sharingan have his takes on a diamond shape with a bladed shape in the middle of them the color of this are black but with a crystalline sheen to itMangekyo sharinganrenjiros mangekyo sharingan is literally a kaleidoscope the bladed shape from his original sharingan turns into a dipyramid prismatic shape the facets alternating between a crystalline red and black color with a sheen. The rest of his eye is. like a swirling kaleidoscope that just like in his 3 tomoe form shifts color representing the elements he possess. eternal mangekyo besides the colors and sheen being more intense and the colors shifting faster it don't really change much One tomoes activated

However this technique require very delicate chakra control and a constant trickle of it to maintain or it would revert back to its original crystal form.its theorized that crystal releases second weakness only seem to be able to be overcome if one learns and masters senjutsu
