History: Born into the reclaimed Uchiha clan in Konoha, have he grown up with the fear and awe that comes with that blood. Though as if that wasn't bad enough, is he also the grandchild of the infamous terrorist Tatami Iwashi, making him a mix of Tatami and Uchiha. Two of the most hated and feared clans in the world, at least in Konoha. It didn't become better when his name was based on Iwashi, and you have a prime target for bullying. This made him hate his blood and the name, and at the age of 10 did he take the name Sly Fox to distance himself from the name.
While an obviously skilled shinobi, is he still just a genin at age 17. Second is that he refuse to use the skills and abilities he have access to. He have a natural disposition for earth and wind techniques, just like Tatami's in general, but he refuse to use them. A highly fashionable shinobi that isn't so keen on the entire uniform thing and rather wear what looks good and is comfortable. He dress fingers and neck with jewelry that act both as items of fashion and ninja-tools. Duo his rather poor eye sight does he wear glasses, that is very versatile.
